Case management services are offered on at least two planned appointments per week for each client but also happen on an as needed basis. Each person who comes to TLC Treatment Center has unique case management needs that may fall in the following categories:

• Coordination of care with other agencies (i.e. SMI clinics, specialty medical

• providers, probation, parole, etc.)

• In-Agency coordination of care

•  Obtaining identification

•  Obtaining cell phones

•  Resume writing

• Employment readiness services

• Urine Analysis
